Cómo funciona:
Hasta cinco cuadros se cargan en el alimentador de cuadros que puede ajustarse para adaptarse a varios tamaños de cuadros. Con el vaporizador enchufado, encendido y caliente (tarda 20 minutos en calentarse), se gira la manivela para dejar caer el primer cuadro en la unidad de desoperculación, donde un par de cuchillas oscilantes calientes cortan rápida y limpiamente los opérculos de ambos lados del cuadro. Al seguir girando, el cuadro se empuja hacia la mesa de desoperculación, que almacena los cuadros y recoge la miel que gotea hasta que se cargan en un extractor. El siguiente cuadro se baja y se pasa por las cuchillas. Este proceso continúa hasta que todos los cuadros estén listos, o una vez que haya pasado una hora, ya que se le pedirá que rellene el generador de vapor.

Montaje de la unidad:
La unidad requiere cierto montaje. El cabezal y el tanque de la unidad de desoperculación se envían en cajas individuales y en un palé. Después de desembalar el equipo, ensamble los componentes del tanque y luego levante el cabezal (dos personas es lo mejor) sobre el tanque y asegúrelo con cuatro tornillos/tuercas. Conecte el vaporizador, llénelo con agua destilada y ¡ya está listo para empezar!

I use these for yellow jacket nest removal in conjunction with a full 3-layer ventilated bee suit. Sleevelets are a light weight cotton material, so maybe not sting-proof on their own but over the sleeves of my suit, the light material is less hot than my old gauntlets with heavy canvas. The stiff gauntlet has plenty of room to fit over the elastic cuffs of my suit. This also puts the ventilated section further up my forearm so there's bee suit under it. This is important to me because I have been stung through the vents on my old gloves, which sat below the suit cuff. The leather feels sturdy and supple and dexterity was good. I typically wear a medium to a large glove and these seem true to size. A medium fits a little snug, but I believe the leather will break in to be perfect and provide good dexterity.

Pierco plastic frame is the best! I've been using them since 2012. They are easy to clean and last for many years and best of all the Bees love them. I have tried others, but the bees don't take to them like they do these. I won't buy any other .
