Destape un número moderado o grande de marcos de miel con facilidad utilizando esta unidad automática Lyson de calor por agua con una mesa de almacenamiento de marcos y un tanque.
La descortezadora automática de uso continuo definitiva. Con un sistema de agua caliente de circuito cerrado, las cuchillas mantienen la temperatura, por lo que no es necesario rellenar o conectar un calentador externo. Controle la temperatura con un termostato que permite temperaturas entre 149-203°F (65-95°C). Con la alimentación automática de la cadena, puede trabajar en la liberación de marcos de los supers, y trabajar en conjunto con la máquina, lo que permite una eficiencia óptima.
Las cuchillas se pueden ajustar a la profundidad de corte deseada. El alimentador de marcos se puede ajustar para adaptarse a varios tamaños de marcos.
Cómo funciona:
Los marcos se cargan en el alimentador de marcos que los sujeta por la barra superior. Un marco a la vez cae en el alimentador de cadena que lo guía entre dos cuchillas calentadas oscilantes. La cera de los opérculos y la miel gotean en el tanque de los opérculos. Después de descortezar, cada marco se empuja automáticamente sobre la mesa de descortezado, esperando el rascado manual (si es necesario en marcos mal estirados) y la extracción. Una bandeja perforada en el fondo del tanque recoge los opérculos y ayuda a prefiltrar la miel de los opérculos. El tanque tiene capacidad para unos 30 marcos.
Nota:
- Los marcos deben estar estirados al menos hasta el grosor de la barra superior. Los cuchillos de descortezado se ajustan antes de descortezar en función del grosor de la barra superior. La posición del cuchillo se puede ajustar entre lotes de marcos si se requiere una nueva configuración.

I use these for yellow jacket nest removal in conjunction with a full 3-layer ventilated bee suit. Sleevelets are a light weight cotton material, so maybe not sting-proof on their own but over the sleeves of my suit, the light material is less hot than my old gauntlets with heavy canvas. The stiff gauntlet has plenty of room to fit over the elastic cuffs of my suit. This also puts the ventilated section further up my forearm so there's bee suit under it. This is important to me because I have been stung through the vents on my old gloves, which sat below the suit cuff. The leather feels sturdy and supple and dexterity was good. I typically wear a medium to a large glove and these seem true to size. A medium fits a little snug, but I believe the leather will break in to be perfect and provide good dexterity.

Pierco plastic frame is the best! I've been using them since 2012. They are easy to clean and last for many years and best of all the Bees love them. I have tried others, but the bees don't take to them like they do these. I won't buy any other .
