This uncapping tank has the same capacity as our1500mm Uncapping Tankbut it has stronger and heavier legs to support the weight of theLyson Manual Uncapping Head. The uncapping head can be purchased in the future and fits this tank's side/top flange using predrilled holes and four fasteners. Invest in the future of your honey house and use this tank with your current uncapping method or use thesteam-heated table-top uncapperuntil the uncapper head is needed.
The tank will hold up to 35 frames leaving space for the uncapping operation or the uncapping head. The legs have rolling casters (two lockable) to easily move the unit around the honey house. Stainless steel side rails located just under the tank top hold frames above the cappings while waiting to be extracted. Two sieve pans cover the tank bottom to hold wax cappings and are elevated to allow the cappings and honey to separate. A 1-1/2" stainless steel welded honey gate drains honey to a bucket or sump. A stainless steel cover keeps the bees out when leaving the cappings to drain. The cover will not fit when the manual uncapping head is installed.

Thank you for fixing my messed up order.
Love the suit, fits good!
Bee vac.... Amazing, easy to use so much easier than what I was doing.
Have rescued 2 swarms with it that would have been exterminated.Cyndi B
I use these for yellow jacket nest removal in conjunction with a full 3-layer ventilated bee suit. Sleevelets are a light weight cotton material, so maybe not sting-proof on their own but over the sleeves of my suit, the light material is less hot than my old gauntlets with heavy canvas.
The stiff gauntlet has plenty of room to fit over the elastic cuffs of my suit. This also puts the ventilated section further up my forearm so there's bee suit under it. This is important to me because I have been stung through the vents on my old gloves, which sat below the suit cuff.
The leather feels sturdy and supple and dexterity was good. I typically wear a medium to a large glove and these seem true to size. A medium fits a little snug, but I believe the leather will break in to be perfect and provide good dexterity.
Customer service was responsive and helpful at Christmas time and we were excited to give Dad this gift. After a number of years processing honey very inefficiently using various methods this honey spinner was a game-changer. I wish we had invested in it earlier!
Pierco plastic frame is the best! I've been using them since 2012. They are easy to clean and last for many years and best of all the Bees love them. I have tried others, but the bees don't take to them like they do these. I won't buy any other .
Great experience always.
I have ordered several boxes of new triple wax frame's just this year.
I have many hives and they are all Pierco triple wax frame's
Bees build out wax quickly.
Btw - just like everyone else, I am busy and these frames save time for me from having to apply wax myself.
They are durable, freeze well over the winter, and stand up to chickens (yep) pecking at drone brood. lol
I def recommend
