Returns & Exchanges

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 10 days on any discrepancies.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Please call if you need to return an item. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Call for return authorization.
  • Item must be in new/unused condition.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Original receipt is required.

LIMITATIONS:

In most cases a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

To insure purity, we cannot exchange or offer refunds on beeswax foundation or frames. All returned foundation and frames will be accepted at current crude wax prices only.

EXCEPTION: If we goofed, we will give full refund and pay the freight both ways.

REPLACING MERCHANDISE 

When a situation occurs where Pierco Inc. is shipping another product to you as replacement for damaged or incorrect product, there will be an additional charge for the new product sent and a credit applied at time of the return of the incorrect product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
