Manufactured from New Zealand–grown Radiata Pine, each component is milled in Alliance’s sawmill and kiln-dried to a controlled 12% moisture content to reduce twisting, warping, and long-term dimensional movement.

High-speed precision machining produces uniform profiles and tight tolerances, allowing for smooth, square assembly and dependable performance in the hive. The grooved top and bottom bar design, combined with pre-drilled end bars, makes these frames suitable for plastic foundation or wired wax foundation, offering flexibility without sacrificing strength.
