Your products should work quite well, even in the hottest, dampest, or coldest conditions. At Pierco, we strive for excellence. Our frames are built to withstand temperatures of 210°F. Steam forms at 212°F, therefore our frames will begin to distort/deflect when subjected to these conditions for extended periods of time.

  • Is there a difference between the black and white frames and foundations?

No, the two products are exactly the same with the exception of their color. However, some people prefer the black, claiming it is easier to see the larvae in the frames. On the other hand, many of our customers have no preference.

  • Why is the drone frame colored green?

Here at Pierco, we like to try to make life easy on you. We colored the drone frame green so you can quickly identify it in the hive.
